I took some lovely peppers. Moruga Scorpion, Chocolate and Dougla peppers; ‘all hot for so’
I roasted them over the stove. I also roasted an onion cut in quarters and two grains of garlic
Then I added vinegar and salt and put in the sun. It smells lovely and looks beautiful.
