A creamy tea – Saffron and Ginger

My son asked me to make karha for him……

This is usually taken for medicinal purposes; such as after a woman has had a baby or if a person had gotten a lash and there blood clotted in the body

I made with about a 1 inch piece of root ginger and root saffron. I grated it and boiled it, then added sugar and milk

The after straining; there is a creamy pale yellow liquid…..

It tastes quite nice because I also added cinnamon to it… And it actually increases the temperature of your blood….
